If the water pump becomes clogged with mud, debris, or salt, clean it with clean water before use. - The operating temperature range is 40-95°F. - Some water may be present in the pump due to professional testing by the manufacturer before shipment. This is a normal occurrence, and the pump is new and ready for use. - The inner shaft has a small amount of lubricant to ensure the motor works well. If you are raising sensitive fish or aquatic plants, please use the pump in other tanks for a short time before moving it to the fish tank. - If the product suddenly stops working or makes noises, it may be due to debris blockage. Clean it regularly or add a small amount of olive oil to the rotor.
Problem & Solution: - If the pump is not working, check the power source, plug, and water level. - If the pump is noisy, detach and clean it. - If the flow is insufficient, check the control valve, impeller, pipes, and water level, and ensure the electricity is stable.
